The Fox Lake Property Owners Association exists to preserve the history, culture, and community spirit of Fox Lake, Indiana. Our website serves as a central place to learn about our history, participate in events, purchase tickets or merchandise, donate, and manage membership accounts.

Membership in the Fox Lake Property Owners Association is annual and open to all who wish to support the mission of the community.

• Membership Duration: One year from the date of purchase.

• Renewals: Members will be notified before expiration to renew.

• Refunds: Membership dues are refundable upon written request within 30 days of payment. After that, all dues are non-refundable.

Members receive access to exclusive features such as the private member portal, event updates, and special community communications.

4. Event Tickets and Donations
The FLPOA hosts community events throughout the year to celebrate and sustain our shared heritage.

• Event Tickets: All ticket sales are final. Events are rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations, weather, or no-shows.

• ​Donations: Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

• Event Changes: We reserve the right to modify event details (date, time, location, or programming) if necessary.
   

5. Merchandise Sales
Our online store offers branded items that celebrate Fox Lake’s history and culture.

• Payments: All sales must be completed through approved, secure payment methods.

• Shipping & Handling: Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout, but may vary.

• Returns: Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if defective or incorrect. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

6. Privacy and Data Collection
We value your trust and privacy. When you become a member, make a purchase, or donate, we collect only the information necessary to process your request — such as your name, email, billing address, and payment details.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties.
