ABOUT US

Meet Your FLPOA Leadership
The Fox Lake Property Owners Association (FLPOA) Officers and Board of Directors are a dedicated group of volunteers committed to preserving the unique charm, history, and vitality of our beloved Fox Lake community.
Our leadership works year-round on three core pillars to ensure Fox Lake remains a wonderful place to live and visit:
-
Community Maintenance and Enhancement: We focus on practical efforts to keep our community beautiful, safe, and welcoming. This includes overseeing the maintenance of common areas, addressing property concerns, and implementing projects that enhance the overall quality of life for all residents and property owners.
-
Preserving Our Rich History: Fox Lake holds a significant place in the history of Black resort communities. The Board is dedicated to honoring and preserving this legacy for future generations. We actively work to document, celebrate, and educate the broader public and our residents about our unique heritage, ensuring the community's story is never lost.
-
Hosting Engaging Community Events: A key part of our mission is fostering a strong sense of community and connection. We plan and host annual events such as community movie nights, picnics, and historical celebrations that bring families, friends, and neighbors together, creating lasting memories and strengthening the Fox Lake bond.
Through responsible governance, active engagement, and a deep respect for our past, the FLPOA leadership strives to maintain the spirit of Fox Lake for everyone.
